Teach Me How To Cry

Teach me how to cry before I say goodbye.
Let me be the one – the bind I made, to untie.
For I know I won’t be asked to stay.
As I gently whisper my last farewell.

Let my eyes show the love and teardrops to fall.
Be sorry not, I understand you heard another call.
For the last time let not the feelings remain hidden.
Teach me how to cry for I mastered the pain.

I don’t have the right for never you’re mine.
Blame me for taking the risks by crossing the line.
I regret not for I’ve been happy loving you.
And I’m sorry for asking more than you can do.

Teach me how to cry, wipe the tears that may fall.
For the last time touch me and feel my soul.
Kiss me goodnight, tomorrow will not be the same.
I promise that I will leave quietly as I came.

If ever tears won’t fall and the pain ebbed away.
I still love you ‘till my hearts dying day.
Tears may drain and my breaths may leave me.
But in my heart you’ll live longer than a memory.
